The RSO Operating Model consists of four primary Functions: Management & Oversight, Compliance, IT Operations and Security Operations. Each of these Functions have distinct capabilities and services, internal and external stakeholder priorities and associated Federal requirements. Figure 1 below, illustrates the RSO Operating Model at a high level, displaying the interactions between the RSO Functions and their internal and external stakeholders.
